Job summary

Technosport is seeking a NIFT-qualified Fashion Designer with 2–4 years of experience in men's/women's activewear and sportswear to join our Tiruppur team. You will research trends, design seasonal collections, develop mood boards, and create tech packs with garment details and graphics.

Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and strong knowledge of activewear construction are essential. As part of the role, you will ensure designs align with brand positioning, market trends, and customer preferences

Qualifications

Qualification : Design Graduate (NIFT mandatory)

Role Overview:

We are looking for an NIFT-qualified Fashion Designer with 2–4 years of experience in men’s/women's activewear/sportswear. The role involves trend research, designing seasonal collections, developing concepts and mood boards, creating tech packs, and working on garment details and graphics. Strong knowledge of activewear construction and Adobe Illustrator is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

• Research Indian and global fashion, sportswear, and athleisure trends to develop innovative product concepts.


• Design seasonal collections for the men's/ women's activewear, and other required products .


• Develop mood boards, color stories, fabric directions, print concepts, trims, and graphic placements.


• Prepare detailed Tech Packs with garment specifications, construction details, measurements, artworks etc


• Ensure products align with brand positioning, market trends, customer preferences, and commercial objectives.
