Job summary

Webwise Studio is seeking a creative apparel designer to lead innovative garment designs and seasonal collections. You will sketch, develop tech packs, and coordinate with sampling and production teams to ensure quality and fit.

The role involves researching trends, fabrics, colors, and silhouettes to craft compelling concepts aligned with the brand identity.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.
• Strong understanding of garment construction, fabrics, textiles, and apparel manufacturing.
• Knowledge of fashion trends, color theory, and fashion illustration.
• Ability to create original, trend-driven designs and technical sketches.
• Strong attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Create innovative apparel designs, garment sketches, and fashion collections aligned with the brand identity.

• Prepare detailed technical sketches, tech packs, and specifications for sampling and production.

• Collaborate with merchandising, sampling, and production teams to ensure design feasibility, garment fit, and quality.
• Review prototypes and samples, provide feedback, and make necessary design improvements before production.
• Maintain and organize design files, tech packs, fabric swatches, and seasonal collections.
