Job summary

R for Rabbit is seeking a creative Junior Fashion Designer with 3–4 years of experience in apparel, preferably kidswear, to join our design team in India.

You will research trends, build mood boards, develop prints and garments, create tech packs, and coordinate with merchandising and sampling teams to meet seasonal timelines. Proficiency in Illustrator, Photoshop, Clo3D and Canva is expected.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of experience in fashion/apparel design, preferably in kidswear.
• Solid understanding of D2C, retail, or e-commerce business models.
• Excellent time management, planning, and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Research fashion trends, consumer insights, and market competition to develop fresh design concepts.
• Create mood boards, color stories, print concepts, and seasonal collections.

Preferred Qualifications: -

Bachelor's Degree in Fashion Design from reputed institutes such as National Institute of Fashion Technology (NIFT), National Institute of Design (NID), Pearl Academy, International Institute of Fashion Design (INIFD), or other recognized fashion institutes
