Job summary

Talent Corner HR Services Pvt Ltd is assisting a sportswear manufacturing client in Hyderabad to hire a Sportswear Designer. The candidate will develop production-ready techpacks, prepare technical flats, measurements and BOMs, and oversee construction details, trims and specifications to translate design concepts into manufacturable garments.

The role requires 3–4 years of experience and an NIFT qualification.

Qualifications

• NIFT Graduate required.
• Prior experience working closely with a garment factory/manufacturing unit is mandatory.
• Strong proficiency in production-ready techpacks.
• Good understanding of garment construction, measurements, stitching and production processes.

Responsibilities

• Create accurate and production-ready techpacks for sportswear and activewear.
• Prepare technical flats, measurements, BOMs, construction details, trims and specifications.
• Coordinate with the factory for sampling, corrections and production requirements.
• Act as the mediator between the Design Team and Factory.
• Communicate design and technical requirements clearly to factory teams.
• Follow up on samples and ensure corrections are implemented accurately.
• Review samples against approved designs and techpacks.
• Resolve technical queries and production-related issues with the factory.
• Maintain and update techpacks based on approved changes.
• Ensure final production garments are made as per approved specifications.
