Job summary

Filo EdTech INC. is seeking an experienced Maths K-12 Faculty to deliver high-quality online classes from Gurgaon.

The role requires 2–3 years of proven online teaching experience, strong maths knowledge, and the ability to engage students in a live, one-to-one style using digital tools. The ideal candidate will teach the Himachal Pradesh State Board curriculum, create PPTs and worksheets, and develop digital content.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of proven online teaching experience in Maths for K-12 students.
• Strong command of maths concepts and clear explanations.
• Willingness to work 6 days a week from the office.

Responsibilities

• Conduct engaging online Maths classes for K-12 students.
• Plan lessons according to syllabus and objectives.
• Use pen tablet and digital tools to explain concepts and conduct interactive classes.
• Prepare PPTs, worksheets, and digital learning resources.
• Coordinate with academic/content teams to ensure curriculum delivery and teaching quality.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced, passionate, and student-focused K-12 Maths Faculty to deliver high-quality online Maths classes to students from the Himachal Pradesh State Board. The role will involve teaching K-12 students, ensuring strong conceptual understanding, effective communication, and improved academic outcomes. The ideal candidate should have experience in online teaching, with hands-on experience using a pen tablet for digital teaching. The candidate should have prior experience teaching State Board students, along with a strong understanding of their curriculum, learning requirements, and examination patterns. The role will also involve preparing PPTs, lesson plans, worksheets, and other digital teaching content to make online classes engaging and effective.

What you'll do

• Conduct engaging and interactive online Maths classes for K-12 students following the Himachal Pradesh State Board curriculum.
• Plan lessons according to the prescribed syllabus, grade level, learning objectives, and academic requirements.
• Use a pen tablet and digital teaching tools to explain concepts, write, annotate, solve questions, and conduct interactive classes.
• Prepare engaging PPTs, worksheets, assignments, lesson plans, and digital learning resources for online classes.
• Deliver classes with an understanding of the syllabus and academic expectations of State Board students, particularly Himachal Pradesh Board students.
• Coordinate with academic and content teams to ensure effective curriculum delivery and teaching quality.
• Keep accurate records of field visits, reports, activities, and coordinator performance.
• Conduct assessments and practice sessions to track student progress and identify learning gaps.
