• Identify students' learning gaps and provide appropriate academic support to improve understanding and performance.
• Develop students' analytical and problem-solving abilities through relevant questions and practical examples.
• Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback to help students improve academically.
• Create a positive classroom environment that encourages questions and active participation.
• Support students in developing confidence, discipline, and consistency required for competitive exams.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Chemistry K12/JEE Faculty to join our team in Jharkhand and contribute towards improving learning outcomes for government school students. What we're looking for

• Experience: 3–5 years of proven teaching experience in Chemistry, preferably with strong experience in JEE/NEET preparation.


• Subject Expertise: Strong command over Chemistry concepts for K12 and competitive examinations, particularly JEE-level preparation.


• Teaching Skills: Ability to simplify complex concepts and explain them effectively to students from diverse academic backgrounds.


• Competitive Exam Experience: Prior experience teaching JEE/NEET aspirants and preparing students for competitive examinations is required.
