• Strong command over K12 Mathematics and JEE-level Mathematics.
• Experience teaching government school students or diverse backgrounds.
• Excellent problem-solving and classroom management skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality Mathematics classes for K12 and JEE-level students.
• Build strong conceptual understanding and problem-solving skills among students.
• Prepare students systematically for JEE examinations through structured teaching and regular practice.
• Teach students from government schools with different levels of preparedness.
• Simplify complex mathematical concepts and explain them using student-friendly methods.
• Conduct regular assessments, practice sessions, doubt-clearing classes and revision sessions.
• Identify learning gaps and provide individual attention and support.
• Develop and use relevant study material, questions, assignments and practice tests.
• Track student performance and work towards improving academic outcomes.
• Motivate and mentor students to develop confidence in Mathematics.
• Coordinate with the academic and on-ground teams to ensure smooth delivery of the program.

What we're looking for

• Experience: 3–5 years of proven teaching experience in JEE/NEET coaching or preparation, with strong expertise in Mathematics.
• Strong command over K12 Mathematics and JEE-level Mathematics.
• Prior experience teaching students for JEE Main/Advanced will be preferred.
• Experience teaching students from government schools or diverse academic backgrounds will be an added advantage.
• Strong conceptual clarity and excellent problem-solving skills.
• Ability to explain difficult concepts in a simple and engaging manner.
• Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
• Strong classroom management and student engagement skills.
• Ability to assess students' learning levels and adapt teaching methods accordingly.
