Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Factory Production Manager, located in Surat, India. The Factory Production Manager will oversee daily operations within the production facility, manage workflows, ensure adherence to quality standards, and coordinate with team members to meet production targets. Responsibilities include optimizing production processes, maintaining compliance with safety standards, managing inventory, and addressing any operational challenges to ensure smooth performance of the production line.
