Job summary

MyArmor Wellness Pvt Ltd in Visnagar, Gujarat is seeking a hands-on Production Manager to oversee daily manufacturing operations. You will drive production targets, manage manpower, ensure product quality, and coordinate with multiple teams on the shop floor.

The role requires a degree or diploma in mechanical or production engineering, and experience in production planning, ERP systems, and reporting. You will implement process improvements and maintain strict adherence to SOPs and safety

Qualifications

• Graduate or Diploma in Mechanical, Production, Industrial Engineering or a relevant field preferred.
• 15 years of experience in production or manufacturing operations.
• Good understanding of production planning, manpower handling and shop-floor management.
• Basic knowledge of ERP systems, MS Excel and computer-based reporting.
• Strong coordination, problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, monitor, and manage daily production activities to achieve production targets.
• Allocate manpower, machines, and other resources efficiently.
• Monitor production output, productivity, rejection rates, and wastage.
• Ensure adherence to production schedules, quality standards, SOPs and safety guidelines.
• Coordinate with Quality, Stores, Maintenance, Warehouse, and HR teams for smooth operations.
• Supervise production staff and ensure discipline, productivity, and effective utilization of manpower.
• Identify production bottlenecks and implement process improvements.
• Maintain daily production reports, attendance coordination, and other operational records.
• Use ERP systems and computer-based tools for production planning, inventory coordination, and reporting.
• Ensure proper machine utilization, workplace organization, and compliance with company procedures.
