Key Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and monitor collar knitting production to meet daily and monthly targets
• Ensure effective inventory management of yarn, accessories, and finished goods
• Implement, monitor, and audit SOPs across production processes
• Conduct regular internal audits to ensure compliance with quality and process standards
• Manage labor allocation, productivity, attendance, and discipline
• Coordinate with stores, quality, and dispatch teams for smooth workflow
• Identify process gaps and drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Prepare production and inventory reports for management review
• Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and compliance requirements
• Strong expertise in inventory management and production planning
• Sound knowledge of SOP implementation and audit processes
• Effective labor management and team-handling skills
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities
• Hindi language proficiency is mandatory

Educational Qualification
