The ideal candidate will possess a degree in engineering or facilities management and have 10-15 years of experience in facility management, focusing on statutory compliance, budgeting, and vendor management.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of experience in facility management, property management, or asset operations.
• Experience managing premium residential societies or commercial buildings.
• Strong understanding of MEP systems, statutory compliance, and budget management.
