Job summary

Ultrafacility is seeking an experienced Facility Manager to oversee operations of a high-rise residential society. The role requires hands-on management of day-to-day site activities, supervision of technical, housekeeping and security teams, and coordination with residents and the RWA.

Strong leadership and communication are essential. The candidate should have 2+ years of facility management experience, a Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Electrical/Mechanical, and a background in electrical/mechanical

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Electrical/Mechanical engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of facility management experience.
• Experience in high-rise residential society preferred.
• Good communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day site operations and facility services.
• Supervise technical, housekeeping and security manpower.
• Coordinate with residents, RWA/client and resolve complaints.
• Monitor DG, transformer, HT/LT panels, lifts, STP, WTP, fire-fighting systems and other MEP services.
• Ensure preventive maintenance, safety and statutory compliance.
• Manage vendors, AMC services and site requirements.
• Prepare daily/monthly operational reports and maintain documentation.
• Ensure proper manpower deployment, discipline and service quality.
