Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) in Pune, India, invites applications for Account Management - Work Dynamics. The role oversees daily operation of building equipment, maintenance of DG, transformers, UPS, fire protection and HVAC systems, and monitoring critical equipment performance.

You will coordinate vendor visits, plan permits, track KPIs and SLAs, manage the M&E team, and ensure compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

• Experience in operation and maintenance of commercial building equipment
• Ability to manage service partners and coordinate compliance
• Familiarity with safety and compliance audits

Responsibilities

• Daily operation of equipment and monitoring of building systems (DG, transformer, UPS, fire protection, HVAC)
• Prepare and review daily complaints/breakdown reports for critical equipment
• Schedule and oversee permit-to-work planning and vendor visits, including risk assessments
• Conduct routine rounds of critical areas and maintain history records
• Lead the M&E team, manage deployment/shift schedules, and maintain competence matrices
• Ensure adherence to company processes, policies, ethics and audit readiness
• Support Karma/client audits and manage service-partner compliance
• Oversee monthly caf operations and gather employee feedback to improve service delivery
• Track work orders, preventive maintenance (PPM) and tickets to meet SLA and SKPI targets
• Drive daily R&M activities, project monitoring and inventory control of M&E consumables

What this job involves

• Daily operation of equipments
• Ensure the operation and maintenance building equipments (DG, transformer, UPS, fire protection equipment and HVAC equipments)
• Daily Complaints/ Breakdown reports & Critical equipment
• As per the schedule critical equipment AMC should follow, collecting the reports & attending the critical equipment meeting,
• Routine rounds of critical areas and attending the complaints by meeting the concern employees, updating the history cards.
• Daily Work permit planning the vendor visit, raising the PTW as per the scope and risk assessment, Monitoring the activity Daily routine Daily briefing, tools audit, training,
• Updating checklist Daily Kitchen equipment
• Ensure the operation and monitoring of the kitchen equipments and caf operation
• Daily M&E management Managing the M&E team (deployment and shift schedule)/ Competence matrix/training Daily Service partner management
• Need to manage the service partners as one team
• Daily Process & policy Need to follow the company process, policy, ethics and monitor the same to avoid the lapses.
• Daily Compliance Supporting for Karma audit, client audit and manage the compliance of the service partners
• Monthly Caf operation Managing the caf operation, interacting with the client and working on employee feedback to improve the service delivery
• Daily SKPI Tracking the work orders, PPM and other tickets to follow the SLA & SKPI as per the contract
• Daily Team management - Manage the people and team, motivate the team towards the team work and service delivery
• Daily R&M activity Getting quote for the new requirementsDaily Project monitoring Ongoing project need to monitor EHS aspectOngoing Inventory management Consumable management and maintain the tracker for M&E
