Job summary

Sodexo India Services Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Facility Manager for Soft Services in Talawade, Pune. The role requires 10–15 years of FM/IFM experience, leadership, and strong client handling with focus on housekeeping, pantry, waste management, and related soft services.

You will oversee daily operations, drive safety and hygiene compliance, manage vendors and staff, and prepare regular performance reports, with immediate joiner preference.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10–15 years of relevant experience in Facility Management / Integrated Facility Management.
• Strong track record in managing large-scale soft services operations.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and client-handling skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day soft services operations, ensuring smooth facility functioning.
• Oversee housekeeping, pantry, cafeteria, waste mgmt., and other soft services.
• Supervise housekeeping staff, team leaders, supervisors, and other service personnel.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, SLAs, KPIs, and client requirements.
• Monitor cleanliness, hygiene, sanitation, and workplace standards.
• Manage vendor coordination, manpower planning, and staff deployment.
• Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and quality checks.
• Handle client interactions, service reviews, complaints, and escalations.
• Monitor consumables, inventory, equipment, and operational expenses.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and statutory requirements.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
• Drive continuous improvement in service quality and customer satisfaction.
