Job summary

Siddha Group Jaipur is seeking a qualified professional to manage handover activities in Mumbai Suburban. The role involves maintaining daily and weekly handover status, tracking delays, and preparing management reports on possession progress and customer satisfaction.

You will ensure all required documents are in place, coordinate with project, maintenance, and security teams, and capture customer feedback after handover to drive quick resolution of post-possession issues.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update daily/weekly handover status reports, track pending handovers and highlight issues causing delays.
• Present weekly/monthly reports on possession progress, pending cases, and customer satisfaction scores, achieve defined targets within given timelines.
• Ensure all required documents (NOC, payment clearance, possession letter, key handover checklist, etc.) are in place and maintain records of handovers.
• Coordinate with project, maintenance, and housekeeping teams for flat readiness and liaise with security and facility teams for access and support during handover.
• Capture customer feedback post-handover and escalate concerns to relevant departments, follow up for quick resolution of post-possession issues.

• Present weekly/monthly reports on possession progress, pending cases, and customer satisfaction scores, Achieve defined possession and customer satisfaction targets within given timelines
• Ensure all required documents (NOC, payment clearance, possession letter, key handover checklist, etc.) are in place. Maintain proper records of handovers-both physical and digital copies. Coordinate with finance and CRM for clearance and final confirmation
• Liaise with project, maintenance, and housekeeping teams for flat readiness, Coordinate with security and facility teams for access and support during handover
• Capture customer feedback post-handover and escalate concerns to relevant departments,Follow up for quick resolution of post-possession issues (snags, maintenance, etc.).
