Qualifications

• Technical diploma/degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Building Services Engineering or related field.
• BMS certification preferred.
• Min 3-5 years in facility operations in Grade A/premium office environments.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, CMMS/BMS platforms and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Monitor critical building systems (HVAC, BMS, lighting, access control) through CMMS and automation platforms.
• Support facility technology systems including conference room AV, digital signage, sensors, and smart building tech.
• Adhere to SLAs/KPIs; track performance and ensure response/resolution times.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance; verify contractor work and keep records.
• Maintain documentation such as SOPs and emergency protocols.
• Serve as primary technical contact for vendors and contractors.
• Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation for emergencies.
• Communicate maintenance activities clearly to occupants.

Role: Facility Coordinator - Technical Services

Location: Gurugram - Client site - Premium office space 24*7 Rotational Shift

Position Summary

Provide technical facility support for premium office environment, ensuring optimal performance of building systems, technology infrastructure, and operations through proactive monitoring, rapid response, and compliance with stringent SLAs and KPIs.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage critical building systems (HVAC, BMS, lighting, access control, life safety) through CMMS and automation platforms
• Support facility technology systems including conference room AV, digital signage, environmental sensors, and smart building technologies
• Execute all tasks in strict adherence to established SLAs/KPIs, tracking performance metrics and ensuring response/resolution times are consistently met
• Coordinate preventive maintenance programs, verify contractor work quality, and maintain detailed service records
• Maintain comprehensive documentation including SOPs, emergency protocols, system diagrams, and compliance reports
• Serve as primary technical contact for vendors and contractors, monitoring performance against SLA requirements
• Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation for emergency facility issues and execute emergency response procedures
• Provide clear communication to building occupants regarding maintenance activities and respond professionally to service requests

Required Qualifications

Education

Technical diploma/degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Building Services Engineering, or related field. BMS certification preferred.

Experience

Minimum 3-5 years in facility operations or technical facility management in Grade A/premium office environments with demonstrated SLA compliance.

Technical Skills

• Strong knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire life safety, access control), BMS platforms (Johnson Controls, Honeywell, Siemens etc.), CMMS systems (Maximo, Archibus), and Microsoft Office.
