Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated in New Delhi/Gurugram is seeking a Technical Facility Executive for on-site operations.

You will manage electro-mechanical systems, oversee substation and HVAC equipment, and drive preventive maintenance with a 9AM–6PM shift, 48 hours/week, 6 days/week. Immediate joiner preferred for a busy corporate campus environment.

Qualifications

• Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience: 4–12 years of hands-on technical management in large facilities.
• Core skills: deep knowledge of electro-mechanical systems and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Engineering Operations: Maintain HT/LT substations, DG sets, UPS, chillers, AHUs, and BMS.
• Maintenance Planning: Implement preventive and predictive schedules to minimize downtime.
• Compliance & Safety: Enforce fire safety, lift regulations, and environmental norms.
• Vendor & AMC Management: Supervise technical contracts and SLAs.
• Cost & Energy Control: Monitor utilities and drive energy-efficiency projects.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Location: New Delhi
• Designation: Technical Facility Executive
• Shift Timings: General Shift - 9AM-6 PM
• Work Schedule: 6 days/week
• Notice Period: Immediate joiner

Key Responsibilities

• Engineering Operations: Maintain HT/LT substations, DG sets, UPS, chillers, AHUs, and BMS (Building Management Systems).
• Maintenance Planning: Execute preventive and predictive schedules to minimize equipment downtime.
• Compliance & Safety: Enforce fire safety, lift regulations, and environmental statutory norms.
• Vendor & AMC Management: Supervise technical contracts, evaluate performance, and track service level agreements.
• Cost & Energy Control: Monitor utility consumption and drive energy-efficiency projects.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience: 4 to 12 years of hands-on technical management in commercial buildings, IT parks, or corporate campuses.
• Core Skills: Deep knowledge of electro-mechanical systems, breakdown troubleshooting, team supervision.
