SILA is seeking an experienced facilities leader to manage day-to-day operations in Bengaluru, ensuring reliable operation of HVAC, chiller plants and related infrastructure. The role covers maintenance planning, asset care, and coordination with vendors for timely repairs in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has 5-10 years in facility management or related fields, with a Diploma or BE and strong knowledge of HVAC systems.

Competenze

• 5-10 years' experience in facility management or related field.
• Diploma or BE degree from a recognized institution.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC system, chiller plant operation & maintenance; familiarity with other equipment like DG sets, transformers etc.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of facilities, including HVAC, chillers, DG sets, transformers, HT panels, fire systems, building maintenance, and utility maintenance.
• Oversee technical services such as facility management and integrated facility management (IFM).
• Ensure efficient operation and maintenance of all facility assets to minimize downtime and optimize performance.
• Coordinate with vendors for repairs and maintenance activities to ensure timely completion.
• Maintain accurate records of work orders, inventory tracking, and preventive maintenance schedules.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 5-10 years' experience in facility management or related field.
• Diploma or BE degree from a recognized institution.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC system, chiller plant operation & maintenance; familiarity with other equipment like DG sets, transformers etc.
