Job summary

A renewable energy company in Solapur is seeking an experienced professional to manage inventory and procurement responsibilities within their operations. The ideal candidate will have proficiency in SAP S/4HANA and a solid understanding of solar project components. This full-time, onsite role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing materials.
• Conduct regular stock audits and reconciliations.
• Ensure proper storage and handling of solar components.
• Perform GRN entries for all received materials.
• Execute Service Entry Sheets for subcontractor services.
• Coordinate with HO for PO and invoice matching.
• Liaise with vendors for timely delivery and quality checks.
• Assist in local procurement and emergency purchases.
• Maintain documentation as per ISO and project QA/QC standards.
• Ensure compliance with CEIG, MSEDCL, and internal audit requirements.
• Plan unloading, stacking, and dispatch of materials.
• Coordinate with transporters and site engineers for material movement.
• Supervise store assistants and helpers.
• Collaborate with site engineers, project managers, and procurement teams.

Skills

Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA (MM module preferred)

Knowledge of GRN, Service Entry, and Inventory Reports

Familiarity with solar project components and EPC workflows
