Job summary

Vashi Integrated Solutions Limited, operating under the Solar Mart unit in Lucknow, is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to manage day-to-day warehouse operations, inventory counting, stock records, and material movement. This role focuses on maintaining accurate inventory and ensuring smooth warehouse activities.

The ideal candidate will have 2–5 years of experience in warehouse/stock management, proficiency in MS Excel, and familiarity with ERP/WMS systems.

Qualifications

• Graduate/Diploma preferred.
• 2–5 years of experience in warehouse, inventory, stock management, or store operations.
• Good knowledge of inventory counting and stock reconciliation.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel is required.
• Experience with ERP/WMS will be an added advantage.
• Good coordination and communication skills.
• Experience with solar, electrical, or B2B distribution products will be preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse operations and inventory activities.
• Conduct physical stock counting and regular inventory checks.
• Maintain accurate stock records in Excel/ERP.
• Check incoming and outgoing materials and ensure proper documentation.
• Identify and report stock shortages, excess, damages, and discrepancies.
• Coordinate with the warehouse team for proper storage and movement of materials.
• Maintain proper product-wise and SKU-wise inventory records.
• Ensure proper bin allocation, product tagging, and warehouse arrangement.
• Prepare stock reconciliation and inventory reports.
• Coordinate with the Sales, Purchase, and Operations teams for material requirements.
• Support stock audits and resolve inventory-related issues.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of solar products such as panels, inverters, cables, BOS materials, and electrical accessories.
• Maintain warehouse discipline, safety, and cleanliness.
