Job summary

Reliance Industries (RIL) seeks a Team Member for Warehouse operations in the Solar Value Chain. You will manage receiving, storage, and dispatch of finished goods, ensuring accurate SAP documentation and safe handling of materials.

Responsibilities include supervising warehouse staff and 3PL, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and performing regular audits to maintain inventory accuracy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Engineering or B.Tech required.
• 5-8 years experience in large-scale warehouse or stores.
• Exposure to SAP-MM and material handling equipment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervises warehouse staff including 3PL and ensures daily goals and safety.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for daily activities and conflict resolution.
• Track inventory, manage stock replenishment, perform audits and ensure accurate records.
• Handle receipt, warehousing and dispatches per plan with SAP documentation.
• Documentation for Finished Goods movements and safe loading checks.
• Line feeding, inventory control, physical stock counts and space management.
• Contractor safety management and operation of P&M/MHE.
• Ensure upkeep of warehouse equipment and facilities; IMS/OMS/RMS docs.

Function: Warehouse and logistics

Job Mandate

We are looking for Team Member for handling receiving operations, Warehouse, material issuance and dispatch function of finished Goods storage, packaging & documentation of finished goods

Key Accountability /Responsibilities Required

• Directly supervises warehouse staff includes 3PL, ensures daily goals are met, and ensures safety regulations are followed.


• Communication with cross functional team for daily activities and ensures smooth operation, conflict resolution, time management.


• Tracks inventory levels, manages stock replenishment, performs regular audits, and ensures stock is properly accounted for.


• Responsibility of Receipt, warehousing, and dispatches as per plan and error free SAP documentation for Domestic as well Export dispatches


• Documentation for Finished Goods movements.


• Checking / verification of MPNs while dispatch to ensure error free & Safe loading of Finished Goods


• Line feeding, Inventory management, Physical stock counting and Space management


• Contractor Safety Management, P&M/MHE operations.


• Ensures warehouse equipment (like forklifts, conveyors, etc.) is maintained and repaired. Responsible for the upkeep of the building and safety equipment.


• Documentation related to IMS / OMS / RMS

• QualificationGraduate (BE) or B Tech


• Years of Experience5-8 Yrs.


• Indutry : Warehouse & Stores of large-scale Petrochemicals, Solar, Pharma, Automotive, E Commerce industries

Nature and scope of responsibilities:

• Hands on experience on Large to Medium scale Raw Material / Finished Good Warehouse or Stores


• Experience in Automated Material Handling / ASRS would be favorable.


• Contractor manpower handling in rotating shifts


• Logical problem-solving abilities, high degree of integrity


• Awareness / working on various automation trend in material handling system


• Monitor expenses and control the budget for maintenance.

Knowledge & Skills

• Exposure to SAP- MM, EWH module / MS Office


• Warehousing / MHEs / Automatic Storage & Retrieval System operation & maintenance


• Ownership mindset


• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
