Job summary

Psp Projects is seeking a Facade Site Supervisor to oversee installation of curtain wall, glazing and cladding at project sites. You will ensure work aligns with shop drawings, method statements and the project quality plan, coordinating with subcontractors and vendors daily.

Responsibilities include checking site readiness, maintaining quality records, managing DPRs and snag reports, and ensuring safety and proper handovers between Civil/MEPF teams for smooth facade execution.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising facade construction and site works.
• Knowledge of curtain wall, glazing and cladding systems.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and maintain records.

Responsibilities

• Execute facade works at site as per approved drawings, method statements and quality plan.
• Check site readiness including levels, gridlines, embeds, brackets, anchors, waterproofing interfaces and access arrangements.
• Supervise installation of curtain wall, glazing, ACP cladding, louvers, skylights and related facade components.
• Coordinate with facade contractors, supervisors, vendors, QA/QC, safety, planning, store and logistics teams for daily progress.
• Track material receipt, storage, issue, consumption, wastage and damage at site.
• Prepare work front readiness for facade contractors through coordinated handover of completed areas from Civil and MEPF teams.
• Raise site issues, drawing conflicts, material mismatches and quality concerns with photos and details.
• Prepare DPR, inspection requests, checklists, measurements, snag reports, material reconciliation and handover records.
• Support water testing, mock-up checks, alignment checks, NCR closure and final snag closure.
• Ensure work-at-height safety, work permits, PPE compliance, lifting safety and housekeeping at facade work fronts.

Job description

Role & responsibilities:

1. Execute facade works at site as per approved shop drawings, method statements, technical specifications and project quality plan.

2. Check site readiness including levels, gridlines, embeds, brackets, anchors, waterproofing interfaces and access arrangements.

3. Supervise installation of curtain wall, glazing, ACP cladding, louvers, skylights, metal works, sealant and related facade components.

4. Coordinate with facade contractors, supervisors, vendors, QA/QC, safety, planning, store and logistics teams for daily work progress.

5. Track material receipt, storage condition, issue, consumption, wastage and damage at site.

6. Preparation of work front readiness for faade contractors through coordinated handover of completed areas from Civil and MEPF

teams, ensuring smooth and efficient faade execution.

7. Raise site issues, drawing conflicts, material mismatches and quality concerns with proper photos and supporting details.

8. Prepare DPR, inspection requests, checklists, measurements, snag reports, material reconciliation and handover records.

9. Support water testing, mock-up checks, alignment checks, NCR closure, consultant inspections and final snag closure.

10. Ensure work-at-height safety, work permits, PPE compliance, lifting safety, glass handling and housekeeping at facade work fronts.

Technical Requirements

11. Good knowledge of facade drawings, bracket fixing, anchor checks, glazing, cladding, sealant, waterproofing and interface details.

12. Basic understanding of curtain wall systems, ACP/GRC/UHPC cladding, louvers, skylights and aluminum systems.

13. Understanding of site quality checks, inspection test plans, water testing, line-level checks and installation tolerances.

14. Ability to maintain DPR, checklist, measurement sheet, material record, RFI/NCR support and snag closure records.

15. Working knowledge of AutoCAD viewer, MS Excel, document control systems and mobile inspection/reporting tools.

Industry Preference:

Strong background in Facade Engineering, Facade Design

Coordination, Facade Execution and High-Rise Commercial /

Residential Projects.

Role Purpose:

To supervise daily facade site execution, coordinate with contractors

and vendors, verify work-front readiness, maintain quality records and

close inspection / snag items as per approved drawings and project

requirements.
