Candidates should have a Diploma/Degree in Civil, Architecture, or Structural Engineering with 4+ years of experience and strong AutoCAD expertise. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are essential, along with the ability to work independently.

Job description

We are looking for an experienced Engineer – Façade Detailing to lead and support the preparation of high-quality façade shop drawings and technical documentation.

The ideal candidate will work closely with project leads, coordinate with clients and consultants, and ensure that all drawings meet design intent and project standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review façade shop drawings (curtain walls, glazing, cladding, doors & windows, etc.)
• Coordinate with Senior Engineer, project managers, architects, and structural consultants to resolve design issues
• Lead a small team of junior engineers/drafters when required
• Ensure all drawings comply with project specifications, accuracy, and quality standards
• Manage drawing revisions, RFIs, and technical documentation efficiently
• Ensure quality and timely delivery of drawings
• Contribute to design optimization and fabrication feasibility reviews

Skills and Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Civil, Architecture, or Structural Engineerin
• Minimum 4+ years of experience in façade detailing with proven AutoCAD expertise
• Strong understanding of architectural and structural drawings
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Familiarity with BIM tools (Revit) & Inventor will be an added advantage
