Tech in engineering or architecture and at least 10 years of relevant experience, particularly in facade design. Strong technical knowledge in CAD and project management skills are crucial for this strategic leadership role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of facade design experience, primarily post-project award.
• Strong technical knowledge in 2D/3D CAD, shop drawings, and fabrication detailing.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Own the design planning and execution of facade projects.
• Conduct work planning, resource allocation, and team capacity analysis.
• Optimize materials (MTO) and generate precise BOM, shop, and fabrication drawings.

Our Client, a leading MNC is seeking to hire a Senior Design Manager‑Facade for their Mumbai Office based out of Navi Mumbai.

As Senior Design Manager‑Facade, you will oversee the end‑to‑end design lifecycle of facade projects, from estimation through execution and handover. You will lead a team of designers and collaborate with sales, estimation, manufacturing, and installation teams to ensure accurate and timely project delivery, particularly for bespoke and complex facade solutions. Must have strong technical knowledge in 2D/3D CAD, shop drawings, and fabrication detailing.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the design planning and execution of facade projects.
• Conduct work planning, resource allocation, and team capacity analysis.
