Job summary

Kidbea® in Noida is seeking a seasoned Fabric Merchandiser to drive fabric sourcing, vendor management and timely production coordination for our sustainable kidswear line.

You will manage fabric quality, cost efficiency and supplier relationships to support our fast-growing D2C operations. 3–5 years of experience and strong negotiation skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience as a Fabric Merchandiser.
• Deep knowledge of textiles, sourcing & vendor ecosystems.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Experience in apparel / D2C / kidswear (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Fabric sourcing & vendor management across categories.
• Strong understanding of fabric types, blends, GSM, weaves & finishes.
• Costing, negotiation & ensuring quality standards.
• Coordinating with design, production & sampling teams.
• Managing timelines, order follow-ups & fabric approvals.
• Ensuring consistency in quality and sustainability standards.

We are seeking a seasoned Fabric Merchandiser with strong technical knowledge of fabrics, sourcing, and production coordination. This role is critical in ensuring the right fabric quality, cost efficiency, and timely availability to support our fast-growing D2C operations.
