Job summary

Kidbea® is seeking a skilled Visual Merchandiser to transform Noida retail spaces into engaging brand experiences. You will design in-store displays, plan windows, and ensure visual consistency across touchpoints.

With 2+ years in visual merchandising (kidswear preferred), you’ll showcase a strong portfolio and a keen eye for color, layout and storytelling to support campaigns and drive shopper engagement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in Visual Merchandising with reputed brands.
• Experience in kidswear is highly preferred.
• Strong portfolio showing store layouts, window displays and styling.
• Excellent design sense, color coordination and space utilization.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute in-store visual displays aligned with Kidbea’s brand identity.
• Plan and implement window displays, product placements, and store layouts.
• Ensure consistency in visual standards across retail touchpoints.
• Collaborate with marketing and retail teams for seasonal campaigns and launches.
• Analyze customer behavior and sales trends to optimize merchandising strategies.
• Train store staff on visual merchandising guidelines and maintenance.
• Manage props, fixtures, and overall store aesthetics.

If you’ve worked with reputed brands, have a strong eye for aesthetics, and understand the nuances of kidswear merchandising — this role is for you!
