Job summary

Quality Hr Services is seeking a Fabric Merchandiser in Mumbai (Kalyan area) with 0-1 year of experience in the textile domain. You will coordinate fabric development, samples, testing, and approvals, acting as a primary contact for customers and coordinating with Sales, Sourcing, Quality, Logistics, and Finance to ensure smooth order execution.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate fabric development and samples including lab-dips, strike-offs, PP samples, bulk lot samples and quality samples as per customer requirements.
• Coordinate sample testing, approvals and mary dispatch of samples to customers.
• Act as a key point of contact for assigned customers and provide regular updates on order status, samples, approvals and deliveries.
• Coordinate with Sales, Sourcing, Producon, Quality, Logistics and Finance teams to ensure smooth and timely order execution.
• Monitor orders against TA plans, follow up with relevant teams and proacvely highlight potential delays or risks.
• Coordinate purchase orders, customer confirmations, commercial approvals, advance payments and dispatch-related documentation as required.
• Maintain accurate records of inquiries, orders, samples, approvals, testing reports, production status, dispatches and customer communication.
• Support inquiry management by coordinating samples and quotations with the Sales team and following up for order conversion.
• Handle routine customer queries, feedback and service concerns and coordinate with relevant teams for resolution.
• Coordinate dispatch planning and ensure delivery-related documents and information are shared with customers on time.
