Qualifications

• Education & Experience: Degree/Diploma in Textile Technology or Textile Engineering; 58 years of experience in woven fabric merchandising/processing.
• Technical Mastery: In-depth understanding of woven fabric processing, continuous dyeing, and specialized finishes.

Responsibilities

• Project Execution: Manage end-to-end fabric merchandising from sampling, costing, and capacity planning to bulk production and OTIF delivery.
• Process Coordination: Work closely with PPC, and plant teams to resolve processing challenges (dyeing, finishing, defects)
• Commercial & Financial Control: Perform cost analysis, margin tracking, yield optimization, and inventory management to maximize product profitability
• Client Engagement: Liaise with domestic and international brands/buyers to handle commercial requirements, product development, and technical queries
