Job summary

Noida-based company Kidbea® is hiring a Buying & Sourcing Merchandiser who will own sourcing, vendor coordination, costing, and product development to convert ideas into business opportunities. You will identify vendors, negotiate costs, manage timelines, and work closely with products to ensure timely delivery and quality.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years in Buying/Sourcing/Merchandising, with experience in Kidswear or fashion retail, and strong negotiation and coordination skills to drive cost

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in Buying, Sourcing or Merchandising.
• Experience in Kidswear / Fashion / Apparel / Retail / D2C preferred.
• Strong understanding of vendor management, costing, negotiation & sourcing.
• Good knowledge of fabrics, trims, garments and production processes.
• Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple vendors and timelines.
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Someone who takes ownership and gets things done.

Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate & onboard suitable vendors and manufacturers
• Manage end-to-end sourcing and buying activities
• Coordinate with vendors for sampling, product development & production
• Negotiate costs, MOQs, lead times & commercial terms
• Prepare and manage costing sheets, purchase orders & vendor documentation
• Ensure products meet required quality, pricing & delivery timelines
• Track orders from development to final delivery
• Coordinate with Design, Production, Quality & E-commerce teams
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify new products and sourcing opportunities
• Maintain strong relationships with existing vendors and continuously explore new vendor options
• Identify opportunities for cost optimization and better sourcing
