Uniliv invites applications for a proactive F&B Supervisor to oversee daily food and beverage operations at our student housing property in Delhi/Noida. You will ensure smooth meal services, maintain quality and hygiene, supervise service staff, and deliver a positive dining experience for residents.

The role requires 2–4 years in F&B service, a diploma or degree in hospitality, strong team leadership, and excellent communication to coordinate with kitchen, housekeeping, and operations teams.

Qualifications

• Graduate or diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality, Food & Beverage Service, or a related field preferred.
• 2–4 years of experience in F&B service, preferably in hotels, hostels, cafeterias, institutional catering, or co-living facilities.
• Good understanding of food service operations, hygiene standards, and dining management.
• Strong team supervision and coordination skills.
• Good communication and resident-handling abilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily F&B operations across breakfast, lunch, dinner, and scheduled meals.
• Ensure timely service, proper portions, and consistent presentation per standards.
• Manage dining area staff, stewards, and service associates; monitor attendance and grooming.
• Coordinate with kitchen and housekeeping for smooth service delivery.
• Maintain food safety, hygiene, sanitation, and SOP compliance.
• Record meal counts, resident feedback, and daily activity reports.

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and service-oriented F&B Supervisor to oversee daily food and beverage operations at our student housing property. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth meal services, maintaining food quality and hygiene standards, supervising service staff, and delivering a positive dining experience for residents.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily food and beverage operations, including breakfast, lunch, dinner, and other scheduled meal services.
• Ensure timely food service, proper portioning, and consistent presentation as per company standards.
• Manage and supervise dining area staff, stewards, and service associates.
• Ensure the dining area, serving counters, tables, and service equipment are clean and well-maintained.
• Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely meal preparation and service.
• Monitor food quality, temperature, freshness, and presentation before service.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, sanitation, and company SOPs.
• Handle resident feedback, dining-related complaints, and service issues professionally.
• Monitor food consumption, portion control, wastage, and appropriate use of supplies.
• Maintain records of meal counts, resident feedback, cleaning schedules, and daily operational activities.
• Ensure adequate availability of crockery, cutlery, serving equipment, and other F&B supplies.
• Monitor staff attendance, grooming, discipline, and performance.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, kitchen, stores, and property operations teams for smooth service delivery.
• Support menu display, meal schedules, special dining arrangements, and resident events when required.
• Report operational issues, equipment breakdowns, and service concerns to the concerned manager.

Candidate Requirements

• Graduate or diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality, Food & Beverage Service, or a related field preferred.
• 2–4 years of experience in F&B service, preferably in hotels, hostels, cafeterias, institutional catering, or co-living facilities.
• Good understanding of food service operations, hygiene standards, and dining management.
• Strong team supervision and coordination skills.
• Good communication and resident-handling abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple activities during peak meal hours.
• Basic knowledge of inventory management, food wastage control, and operational reporting.
• Customer-focused, organised, and attentive to detail.
