Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused candidates for the positions of F&B Trainee, F&B Associate, and F&B Executive in the QSR and hospitality industry. The selected candidates will be responsible for customer service, food and beverage operations, order handling, service quality, hygiene, and smooth day-to-day outlet operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide a friendly dining experience.
• Take customer orders, process billing, and handle POS systems.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff for timely and accurate order preparation and delivery.
• Maintain food safety, hygiene, sanitation, and cleanliness standards.
• Assist in food and beverage preparation, counter service, and order packaging as required.
• Ensure proper stock handling, replenishment, and storage.
• Follow company SOPs, service standards, and operational guidelines.
• Handle customer queries and complaints professionally.
• Support opening and closing activities, including cash counter and outlet housekeeping.
• Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Maintain discipline, grooming standards, and professional behaviour.

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification:

• 10th / 12th Pass / Graduate.
• Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management or Hospitality is preferred.
• Freshers can apply for the Trainee position.

Experience:

• F&B Trainee: Freshers or candidates with limited experience.
• F&B Associate: 0–2 years of experience in QSR, restaurants, cafs, or hospitality.
• F&B Executive: 1–3 years of relevant experience in F&B operations or QSR outlets.
