Job summary

Sir Hn Reliance Foundation Hospital in Andheri, Mumbai seeks an experienced F&B Executive / Supervisor to lead hospital catering operations and ensure patient diet coordination with Dieticians and Nursing teams.

You will supervise F&B staff, maintain HACCP standards, manage inventory, and ensure timely, hygienic service to patients, attendants, and hospital staff. Rotational shifts and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospital F&B operations and patient diet coordination.
• Understanding of food safety, hygiene and HACCP standards.
• Experience in staff supervision and team management.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise daily food and beverage operations within the hospital.
• Coordinate patient diet requirements with Dieticians and Nursing teams.
• Ensure timely and hygienic food service to patients, attendants and staff.
• Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, sanitation and HACCP compliance.
• Monitor food quality, portion control and service standards.
• Supervise F&B staff and ensure proper duty allocation and smooth shift operations.
• Manage inventory, stock levels and consumption of food and supplies.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal departments for smooth operations.
• Handle patient and customer feedback and timely resolution of concerns.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and SOPs.

Job Responsibilities
