Hindco Recruitment Consultants is seeking an experienced F&B Operations Lead in Ahmedabad to oversee day-to-day restaurant and banquet activities, ensuring smooth service and guest satisfaction.

In this role, you will drive hygiene and safety compliance, coordinate promotions and events, and lead a team to deliver consistent, quality experiences across outlets in hotels or resorts.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Food & Beverage operations within hotels, restaurants, resorts, or hospitality groups.
• Excellent communication and customer service orientation.
