Job summary

Randstad in Andhra Pradesh is seeking a hands-on hospitality professional to create a fun, relaxed atmosphere for guests and ensure the restaurant and bar run smoothly and safely in line with SOPs.

You will run daily briefings for the restaurant and bar teams, coordinate reservations, draft floor plans, assist with stock and stock counts, support training, manage labour scheduling, handle cash and daily revenues, and be responsible for the on-floor service.

• Support with training for the F&B team.

• Cash handling and daily reporting of revenues as per hotel SOPs.
• Responsible for the service on the floor
