Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated in Bengaluru, KA, is seeking a Cafeteria/Catering Manager to lead daily operations on-site across shifts. You will oversee sanitation, stock, handovers, and ensure compliance with safety standards while guiding staff and allocating tasks.

The role requires a graduate qualification and a minimum of one year of experience in cafeteria or catering management. You will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness, completing documentation, and escalating issues promptly

Qualifications

• Graduate with minimum 1 year experience in cafeteria/catering management.
• Experience in managing cafeteria operations, sanitation, and staff supervision.

Responsibilities

• Report before shift, complete briefing, take charge of operations.
• Remain visible on cafeteria floor during service (B & C shifts).
• Maintain cleanliness before, during and after service.
• Ensure proper utensil segregation and food safety compliance.
• Complete handover of pending issues, stock and equipment.
• Complete all shift-wise activities and registers, validations, inventory reports.
• Escalate operational issues immediately and resolve employee complaints professionally.
• Suggest operational improvements and timely inventory reporting.

• Resolve employee complaints professionally and promptly
• Take responsibility without excuses
• Suggest operational improvements
• Fortnightly inventory, reports and new induction to be submitted on time
• Timely updates on operational challenges
• Guide staff, allocate work and monitor execution
