Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in cafeteria/c catering roles.
• Graduate educational qualification required.

Responsibilities

• Report before shift begins and take charge of operations.
• Executive must remain visible on cafeteria floor during service, especially B & C shifts.
• Maintain cleanliness before, during and after service.
• Proper utensil segregation, sanitation, cross-checks, food safety compliance.
• Complete documented handover of pending issues, stock and equipment.
• Complete all assigned shift-wise activities.
• Complete registers, validations, inventory reports and statutory records.
• Escalate operational issues immediately.
• Resolve employee complaints professionally and promptly.
• Take responsibility without excuses.
• Suggest operational improvements.
• Fortnightly inventory, reports and new induction to be submitted on time.
• Timely updates on operational challenges.
• Guide staff, allocate work and monitor execution.
