Job summary

Golden Opportunities in Pune, Maharashtra seeks a Senior Finance & Accounting leader with 15+ years of experience to drive end-to-end F&A operations and governance. You will own P&L, oversee budgeting, forecasting and profitability improvement, and lead strategic initiatives across RTR, AP, AR, and FP&A.

The role focuses on transformation, productivity, and operating model optimization, with strong stakeholder engagement and risk mitigation abilities to sustain growth and operational excellence.

Qualifications

Job description

• 15+ years of overall experience, with strong leadership exposure in managing large-scale Finance & Accounting operations.
• Strong experience in P&L ownership, including revenue, margins, cost optimization, budgeting, financial reviews, and profitability improvement.
• Proven expertise in driving business planning, account growth, and revenue enhancement by identifying and developing new opportunities within existing service lines.
• Strong track record in driving transformation, operational excellence, and resource optimization through work redesign, productivity improvement, and operating model optimization.
• Strong experience in providing strategic oversight for end-to-end transitions, including target operating model, workforce, infrastructure, technology, contractual, and training readiness.
• Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale F&A operations across RTR, AP, AR, and FP&A, ensuring delivery excellence, productivity, quality, utilization, and financial performance.
• Extensive experience in establishing and leading governance frameworks, managing senior stakeholder relationships, contractual compliance, performance reviews, and risk mitigation.
• Strong financial acumen with experience in managing revenue, margins, cost optimization, productivity improvement, and corrective action planning.
