Job summary

Digitide is seeking an experienced Head of Finance & Accounting to lead and expand our global F&A practice. This senior role owns end-to-end service delivery, client relationships, P&L, and people development, with a focus on transformation and efficiency across P2P, AP, AR, R2R and O2C processes.

The ideal candidate will drive performance, profitability, and innovation, leveraging shared service delivery models to scale operations and deliver superior client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in F&A services and practice management.
• Strong understanding of Procure to Pay, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Record to Report and Order to Cash.

Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Finance & Accounting (F&A) Practice to lead and expand our global F&A services. This senior leadership role is responsible for end-to-end service delivery, client relationship management, P&L ownership, people development, and digital

transformation across the F&A portfolio. The ideal candidate will have deep domain expertise in

Procure to Pay (P2P), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Record to Report (R2R) and

Order to Cash (O2C) processes, with a strong focus on performance, profitability, and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

Service Delivery & Operations

• Lead and ensure flawless delivery of F&A services across clients, meeting all contractual SLAs
• and KPIs.
• Oversee and drive excellence in key processes:

a. Procure to Pay (P2P) – requisitioning, procurement, vendor onboarding, invoice handling, payments

b. Accounts Payable (AP) – invoice processing, exception handling, vendor management

c. Accounts Receivable (AR) – billing, collections, dispute resolution, cash application

d. Record to Report (R2R) – journal entries, reconciliations, month-end close, financial reporting.

e. Order to Cash (O2C) – order entry, credit checks, invoicing, collections, dispute resolution

• Leverage shared services and global delivery centers to drive efficiency and scalability.
• Drive automation and digitization to enhance process throughput, accuracy, and turnaround times.

Client Relationship & Growth

• Act as the strategic partner and advisor to clients, ensuring high satisfaction and trust.
• Own and improve the Net Promoter Score (NPS) across the F&A client base.
