• Led end-to-end Finance & Accounting (F&A) operations for a major U.S. client across O2C, Accounts Payable, Cash Application, Collections, FP&A, R2R/RTR, Payroll and Billing.
• Managed diverse billing models including Time & Materials (T&M), Milestone, Fixed-Price and Lump-Sum billing.
• Directed a 200+ FTE organization across multiple finance workstreams, with accountability for service delivery, operational governance, performance management, stabilization and client engagement.
• Spearheaded Finance Transformation and Transition initiatives from Knowledge Transfer (KT) through steady state, including SOP development, process mapping, FMEA, operational readiness and stabilization.
• Successfully transitioned a finance transformation pilot to steady state in March 2025, ensuring process continuity and service readiness.
• Led the ramp-up of 25 FTEs in November 2025, strengthening billing operations covering time transfers, write-offs, holds and billing controls.
• Delivered an 8-FTE efficiency gain through automation, improving productivity and operational effectiveness.
• Managed end-to-end project lifecycles, transitions and migrations, ensuring controlled handover, operational readiness and business continuity.
