The ideal candidate will drive cross-functional transformation in RTR/PTP/OTC/FP&A, partner with CXO-level leaders, and leverage automation and analytics to realize measurable business

Deep domain expertise across key F&A functions including RTR, PTP, OTC, FP&A, and Controllership.

Proven experience in defining and driving end-to-end transformation roadmaps aligned with business objectives and operational priorities.

Strong experience identifying process improvement, digitalization, automation, and transformation opportunities using operational and process insights.

Hands‑on experience leading large and complex transformation programs across multiple accounts, geographies, or business units.

Strong expertise in process optimization, standardization, operating model transformation, productivity improvement, and cost optimization.

Experience translating business challenges into scalable transformation solutions and implementation programs.

Strong exposure to automation and digital platforms such as RPA, analytics, cloud‑based solutions, and enterprise transformation technologies.

Proven experience engaging with CXO‑level stakeholders, including Finance Heads, Controllers, and senior business leaders, to define transformation vision and secure leadership alignment.

Strong stakeholder‑facing experience in leading workshops, solutioning discussions, transformation assessments, and roadmap development.

Experience supporting pre‑sales activities including RFP/RFI responses, proposal development, solution design, pricing inputs, and business case creation.

Ability to develop reusable transformation frameworks, accelerators, best practices, and solution assets.

Strong experience in transformation governance, risk management, compliance, change management, and benefits realization.

Ability to track and deliver measurable outcomes including cost reduction, cycle‑time improvement, productivity gains, quality enhancement, and operational efficiency.
