Qualifications

Job Title-Executive / Senior Executive Export Order Management

Position Summary

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused professional to support our Export Order Management operations. The role involves end-to-end coordination of export orders, from order entry and procurement follow-up to warehouse coordination, invoicing, shipment execution, and order closure. The ideal candidate should possess strong customer service orientation, attention to detail, and experience in order processing within a manufacturing or aftermarket environment.

Key Responsibilities

Order Processing & System Management

• Create and process export customer orders in the Oracle ERP system accurately and on time.
• Review order requirements and coordinate with the procurement team to ensure timely parts availability.
• Monitor order status and proactively resolve any order fulfillment issues.

Cross-Functional Coordination

• Coordinate with warehouse teams to ensure timely picking, packing, and shipment readiness.
• Follow up on invoicing activities and ensure all export documentation is completed accurately.
• Liaise with freight forwarders and logistics partners to ensure seamless shipment execution and delivery.

Order Tracking & Customer Support

• Consolidate and maintain export open-order reports.
• Monitor order progress and continuously track pending orders until closure.
• Ensure export orders are closed within the target timeline of 45 days from the order date.
• Provide regular updates to internal stakeholders and customers regarding order status, shipment schedules, and potential delays.
• Escalate critical issues impacting delivery performance and suggest corrective actions.

Documentation & Compliance

• Maintain complete and accurate export documentation.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and export procedures.
• Support audit requirements by maintaining proper records of order transactions and shipment documents.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
• 2 to 4 years of experience in customer order processing, export operations, order management, or supply chain coordination.
• Experience working with ERP systems, preferably Oracle.
