Job summary

Royal Chains in Mumbai is seeking an Export Coordinator to place and process export orders in the ERP, coordinate with overseas customers, and align with production, dispatch, logistics and accounts teams to ensure timely execution.

You will maintain records, track payments, prepare reports in MS Excel, and follow up on outstanding invoices, with emphasis on accuracy, timeliness, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Place and process export orders in the companys ERP/system.
• Coordinate with overseas customers regarding order confirmations, delivery timelines and shipment status.
• Coordinate with production, dispatch, logistics and accounts teams to ensure timely order execution.
• Follow up with international customers for pending payments and maintain an updated outstanding payment tracker.
• Coordinate with the accounts team to verify payments received and reconcile outstanding invoices.
• Maintain accurate records of export orders, shipments, customer communications and payment status.
• Prepare regular reports and update order and payment trackers using MS Excel.
• Ensure timely follow-up and smooth coordination between customers and internal departments.

Required Skills:

• Strong follow-up, coordination and organizational skills.
• Working knowledge of MS Excel and ERP systems.
• Ability to maintain records, track payments and manage multiple orders.
• Attention to detail and a customer-oriented approach.
