Cogent Data Solutions is seeking a qualified Logistics Manager Export & Import in Hyderabad, responsible for end-to-end EXIM logistics operations including international shipments, documentation, customs clearance, and coordination with freight forwarders and internal teams.

The role requires strong knowledge of EXIM procedures, Incoterms, and shipping documentation, with immediate joiners preferred. Full-time on-site position in HITEC City, Hyderabad.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end export and import logistics operations.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, CHA/customs brokers and transporters.
• Handle Invoice, Packing List, Shipping Bill, Bill of Lading/AWB, Certificate of Origin and related documents.
• Coordinate customs clearance and shipment documentation.
• Track shipments, containers, ETD/ETA and delivery status.
• Manage freight, transportation and logistics costs.
• Handle shipment delays, demurrage, detention and cargo discrepancies.
• Coordinate with sales, purchase, finance, warehouse and operations teams.
• Maintain shipment records and prepare logistics/MIS reports.
• Ensure compliance with EXIM and customs requirements.

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Logistics Manager Export & Import to manage end-to-end EXIM logistics operations, including international shipments, documentation, customs clearance, freight forwarding and delivery coordination.

• Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, CHA/customs brokers and transporters.

• Hands-on experience with freight forwarding and customs clearance.
• Good knowledge of Incoterms, Shipping Bills and Bills of Entry.
• Working knowledge of ICEGATE, DGFT, IEC and GST.
• Experience handling sea and air shipments.
• Strong vendor coordination, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Good MS Excel and reporting skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills.

Preferred Candidate:

• Immediate joiners / short notice candidates preferred.
• Candidates with strong hands-on experience in Export/Import, Customs, Freight Forwarding and International Logistics.
• Candidates with experience coordinating with CHA, shipping lines and freight forwarders will be preferred.
