Job summary

Sahastraa Exports Pvt. Ltd. in Mumbai seeks an Export & Import Manager to oversee end-to-end documentation, pre/post shipment processes, and compliance with customs and shipping guidelines. The role involves coordinating with overseas suppliers, shipping lines, and brokers to ensure timely dispatch and accurate records.

You will monitor vessel schedules, handle LC documentation, and manage import/export records, demurrage, and logistics expenses, contributing to efficient global trade operations.

Qualifications

• End-to-end export/import documentation management.
• Experience with PVOC, CRIA, SONCAP and related compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage complete end-to-end Export & Import documentation.
• Pre Shipment and post-shipment documentation as per customs and shipping guidelines.
• Coordinate with overseas suppliers for shipment schedules and documents.
• Monitor vessel schedules, ETA, port arrivals and cargo clearance.
• Handle import documentation including commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, certificates of origin.
• Coordinate with customs brokers for customs clearance and regulatory compliance.

Job description

We are looking for an Export & Import Manager .

Responsibility:

• Managing complete end to end Export & Import documentation.
• Pre Shipment and post -shipment documentation as per customs and shipping guideline.
• Managing inspection of PVOC , CRIA,SONCAP ,etc. for Markets like Kenya, Nigeria and others.
• Experience in working directly with shipping lines.
• Ensure BRC Tally
• Handling LC Documentation
• Coorndinate with Overseas suppliers for shipment schedules, dispatch details, and shipping documents
• Monitor Vessel Schedules,ETA,port arrivals,container movement and cargo clearance.
• Handle import documentation, including commercial invoice ,packing lists, bills of lading ,certificates of origin ,and other relevant documents.
• Coordinate with customs brokers for Bill of Entry filling,customs clearance and cpmliances with applicable import regulations.
• Liaise with shipping lines, ports, transporters, and logistics partners to ensure timely cargo delivery.
• Monitor demurrage ,detention.port storage charges,and other import-related expenses.
• Maintain import records ,shipment trackers, and management reports.

Qualification :
