Job Title: Export Executive (Manufacturing)

Responsibilities include:

1. Strategy development for new territory identification and development.
2. Identifying major HNI clients in new territories and strategizing to generate business with them.
3. Competitor benchmarking and global trend analysis of material movement.
4. Working with existing agents to develop new business opportunities and territory development initiatives.
5. Documentation, agreement drafting, and formalization.
6. Marketing activities such as brand building and participating in international exhibitions.

Requirements:

• Proven track record in international business, including new business development and key account management.
• Experience working with freight partners for sea and air freight, LCL, FCL, and clearance agents.
• Experience in handling customer complaints, grievances, accounts receivables, and payment cycles.
• International travel experience for business development is a plus.
• Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams such as PPC, Plant, Logistics, R&D, and Accounts.
• Previous team management experience with a review system for deliverables.
