Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Export Executive role based in Rajkot. The Export Executive will handle day-to-day export operations, including preparing and managing export documentation, coordinating shipments, and ensuring compliance with international trade regulations. The role involves liaising with freight forwarders, customs agents, and international clients, tracking orders, and ensuring timely delivery. The Export Executive will support sales activities for international markets, respond to inquiries, prepare quotations, and maintain records of export transactions. The individual will collaborate with production and logistics teams to align export schedules with manufacturing timelines and inventory availability.

Qualifications

• Ability to manage export operations, including Export, Import Export, and International Trade activities.
• Strong skills in Export Documentation and related compliance processes.
• Experience supporting Sales for international customers and markets.
• Knowledge of shipping procedures, Incoterms, customs regulations, and basic trade finance.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic ERP or export management software.
• Effective communication skills in English; additional language skills are an advantage.
• Attention to detail, strong organizational abilities, and capability to handle multiple shipments and deadlines.
• Preferred qualification: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in International Business, Commerce, or a related field, and prior experience in export or manufacturing industries.
