Job summary

MJ Biopharm in Mumbai seeks an experienced export logistics professional to ensure compliance with international trade practices and incoterms.

You will manage export L/C and non-L/C documentation, verify pre/post shipment papers, and coordinate shipments across air, sea, and land with internal teams, CHA, and transporters. Knowledge of E-BRC and DGFT licenses is valued; SAP exposure is a plus; strong data/documentation discipline is essential.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of international trade practices and incoterms.
• Experience with export L/C and non-L/C documentation.
• Ability to verify pre-shipment and post-shipment documents for customs and banking needs.
• Coordinate shipment activities with plant, CHA and transporters.
• Familiarity with E-BRC and DGFT licenses (advanced license, EPCG).

Responsibilities

• Manage export documentation from order to shipment.
• Verify all shipment documents against customs and banking requirements.
• Coordinate shipments with plant, CHA, and transporters across air, sea, and land.

Role & responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with international trade practices, regulations, and incoterms.
• Manage Export L/C & Non - L/C documentation processes from order placement to shipment dispatch.
• Perform thorough checks of all pre-shipment and post shipment documents to ensure custom and bank requirements.
• Coordinate shipment activates with plant, internal departments, CHA and transporters, while monitoring shipments across various mode of transport( air, sea, & land)
• Handle E- BRC processes and DGFT- related task, including application and redemption of Advance license and EPCG license.
• Maintain accurate documentation and data records, ensuring timely updates and effective information flow
• working knowledge of SAP will be considered an advantage
