Kuehne + Nagel is hiring an Operations Specialist in Gurugram. You will validate and store shipping documents, coordinate with carriers and stakeholders, and manage day-to-day deviations to ensure smooth shipment planning.

The role requires MBA in Supply Chain or Operations and knowledge of Excel. The position is based at the Gurugram office with a 1-year contract through Payroll-Manpower Group and a ride shuttle from the metro.

Qualifications

• Experience in supply chain/logistics management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data analysis.
• MBA in supply chain or operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Validate and store shipping documents.
• Proactively avoid escalations in the process.
• Plan transport of orders/shipments and forecast demand.

Designation- Operations Specialist

Job Description

• To validate and store shipping documents.
• To ensure proactive action to avoid an escalation.
• To undertake the transport planning of orders/shipments and forecasting. To share productivity/ improvement ideas related to the process.
• To take care of day to day deviation / escalation in the process and record the same.
• To track and trace for visibility of shipments (Air, Sea and Road) and update and follow up missing statuses in system
• To align with different stakeholders (LSP, Carriers,etc...) to obtain necessary information or documents related with shipment planning.
• To adhere to existing K + N Guidelines, Standard Operating Procedures and Working Instructions following the business process mapping (BPM) structure.

Skills Required: Experience on knowledge in Supply Chain, Logistics Management, Know how of Excel

Education Qualification: MBA in Supply chain or Operations
