The key responsibilities for this role include:

1. Expert Identification & Outreach
   • Identify and shortlist relevant industry experts based on project objectives utilizing platforms like LinkedIn/Sales Navigator and internal databases.
   • Employ personalized outreach messages, inviting experts to participate in conducted interviews.
   • Manage follow-ups, track conversion performance, and optimize outreach to ensure a steady expert pipeline.
2. Interview Process Facilitation
   • Guide experts through the Interviewer process, providing necessary information, instructions, and support.
   • Share interview links, advisor agreements, and payment forms using established templates.
   • Monitor interview completion, troubleshoot issues, and ensure a smooth experience for participants.
3. Data Management & Reporting
   • Maintain accurate records of expert engagement, interview statuses, and relevant notes.
   • Compile and report on key interview metrics to inform process improvements.
4. Compensation Coordination
   • Ensure experts receive timely compensation by managing payment form submissions and coordinating with the finance team.
   • Address payment-related inquiries or issues from experts promptly and professionally.
