Magicrete Building Solutions Pvt. ltd. is hiring for an Executive (Tertiary Sales) – Tile Adhesive in Surat.

The role focuses on driving tertiary sales, strengthening retail counter sales, and ensuring product availability and visibility across the territory. You will regularly visit retail counters, build dealer relationships, onboard new sales points, and support order generation to convert secondary sales into tertiary growth.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of sales experience in relevant industries.
• Experience in Tile Adhesive, Building Materials, Construction Chemicals, Tiles or related industries preferred.
• Candidates with strong retail and dealer network exposure in Surat market will be preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive tertiary sales of Tile Adhesive by strengthening retail counter sales.
• Regularly visit retail counters to generate demand and improve product movement.
• Ensure adequate product availability, visibility, and merchandising at retail outlets.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, retailers, contractors and other channel partners.
• Identify and onboard new retailers and sales points within the assigned territory.
• Support order generation, follow-up and conversion from secondary to tertiary sales.
• Execute local promotional activities, schemes and product campaigns.
• Track competitor activities, pricing, product movement and market trends.
• Collect market feedback on customer preferences, demand, pricing and competition.
• Achieve assigned sales and coverage targets through field execution.
• Maintain regular market visit reports for reporting manager.

Role Summary

To drive tertiary sales of Tile Adhesive by strengthening retail counter sales, ensuring product availability and visibility, supporting dealer and retailer relationships, and expanding market coverage in the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive tertiary sales of Tile Adhesive through architect
• Regularly visit retail counters to generate demand and improve product movement
• Ensure adequate product availability, visibility, and merchandising at retail outlets
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, retailers, contractors, and other channel partners
• Identify and onboard new retailers and sales points within the assigned territory
• Support order generation, follow-up, and secondary-to-tertiary sales conversion
• Execute local promotional activities, schemes, and product campaigns
• Track competitor activities, pricing, product movement, and market trends
• Collect market feedback on customer preferences, demand, pricing, and competition
• Achieve assigned sales and coverage targets through effective field execution
• Maintain regular market visit reports and provide updates to the reporting manager

Required Qualifications

• Any Graduate; MBA in Sales & Marketing preferred
